Shipping Policy – The Raw Archive

All orders arrive within 8–15 business days of purchase, as each order is prepared to order. Bank holidays are not included in this timeframe and may affect delivery dates. In the rare event your order will take longer, we will email you with an updated timeframe.

Pre-Order Items
Certain closure sizes (currently 4x6 and 5x6) are custom made to order and marked as "Pre-Order" on the product page. Orders that include a pre-order size will arrive closer to 15 business days. Your whole order is dispatched together, so everything arrives in one delivery.

UK Delivery
UK delivery is £6.95. Orders of £150 and over qualify for free UK delivery.

Delivery Partner
We ship UK orders exclusively with DPD, using their One-Time PIN (OTP) delivery service. Upon delivery, the recipient will be required to provide a unique PIN to the driver to confirm receipt. This ensures secure, verified delivery and protects both parties in the event of any delivery disputes. All orders are fully insured in transit.

If the OTP cannot be provided at the time of delivery, DPD will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local pickup point in line with their standard procedure. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case a reshipment fee may apply.

Next-Day Delivery
Next-day delivery is not available. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about your order.

Tracking
You will receive a DPD tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery and manage your preferences directly with DPD.

Address & Contact Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, email address, and mobile number are correct at checkout. Your email and/or mobile number are required for DPD to send your One-Time PIN (OTP). If these details are incorrect, you may not receive your PIN and could experience delivery delays or failed delivery attempts. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur an additional postage fee.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Email support@therawarchive.com with your order number and the change you'd like. If you cancel, you'll receive a full refund. If your new total is higher, we'll email you a secure payment link for the difference, and your order will be prepared once it's paid. If your new total is lower, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. After 1 hour your order is already being prepared and can't be changed or cancelled. International Orders
International shipping is available via trusted global couriers such as FedEx or UPS. A shipping fee applies to all international orders and will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery timeframes and any delivery verification steps (such as signature or PIN confirmation) are determined by the courier's own service and network, and may vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
